Metalwork

Summer Camp 2025

Learn how to metalwork with different materials including aluminum, steel, brass and copper. Students will build projects and learn to cut, solder, weld and cast metal. Course includes use and safety training with hand tools and power tools. Spare pieces of aluminum would be appreciated for casting.

Ages 10-17: Four day camp from Aug 5 - Aug 8

Fee: $355 + GST (each camp participant will take home several projects and receive a Roots 2 STEM t-shirt)

Doors open 8:30 am
Classes run 9:30 am - 3:30 pm
Doors close 4:00 pm
